Kabusha For Young Adults (KYA)
The Kabusha Peace & Wellness Retreat targets young adults (ages 18–30 ), a critical life stage marked by increased independence, identity formation, and growing personal and social responsibility.
At this stage, many young adults face:
Academic and career pressure.
Uncertainty about life direction and purpose.
Emotional stress, burnout, and mental fatigue.
Relationship challenges and shifting family dynamics.
Pressure from social expectations and digital environments.
Young people today face increasing levels of stress and pressure arising from academic demands, career uncertainty, digital overload, social expectations, and major life transitions. Many struggle with emotional fatigue, identity questions, relationship challenges, and a growing sense of disconnection from self, others, and nature.

Through mindful practices, creative expression, and community engagement, Kabusha equips participants with practical tools to move from stress toward strength, balance, and purposeful living.
This retreat is designed for young adults who are:
Seeking rest, clarity, and renewal
Navigating stress, transitions, or burnout
Interested in building resilience and emotional intelligence
Open to reflection, nature-based healing, and community learning
